RULES!

Section A-The Character and You

1. God modding- As you know is against the rules, the term of god modding comes from the texts of god which means to rule over the uncontrollable and modulation which is adding onto. If you put this together god modding means to be god that which controls anything and adds onto their character sheet without getting it approved. That will not be tolerated here...so get your act straight people.

2. The Character Birth- Okay this is a fairly simple rule, this rule states by of code of this site you are authorized to make a character before you can make any post on this site by any means necessary unless it is a question. The template is what you must follow no making up your own codes or templates that will not be accepted and further more, you will run the risk of either one being banned or being deleted from the site. May seem harsh, but my rules are as followed.

3. Family Species- These rules are as followed, To be in a family of the said custom family or already made family you must be in relation of the true creator of the custom clan or be the maker of the said family. This means you have to be either sibling or child of the true leader of the custom family or owner of the family clan otherwise you have no proof of being in the family.

4. Character Techniques- This is another easy rule, this rule states that you must register a technique inclined with your element. Like rule one demands no God modding will be allowed in this site so make sure your techniques aren't all powerful.

5 Activation Code- This sounds weird yes, but in order to pass through the character birth area you must pm the administrators or one of the administrators telling that you read the rules and completely understanding them. The Pm must have the message topic name under "Code Activation" or "Rule Understanding" Once the administrator approves of this message via pms the said administrator will type in a code under your character sheet, that code is your character's ID number.

Section B-The Forum and You

1. Language- It is fairly simple here on this site; however, this site is not for gangs so I don't want any slang talk for an actual word. Swearing and profanity is aloud on this forum, but please keep that to a minimum some people take it to an offense.

2. Sexual Content- As far as I know sexual content will not be allowed unless in pms, or private messaging. I do not want this site to turn into a perverted sexual site. Though there is a brothel I do not want sexual activity unless it is carried through private messaging.

3. Advertisements- Advertisements as of now are not allowed, when we hit the mark of 300 or so members advertising will be available, but as of now it is not due to the fact that we need as many members as we can find for this site.

4. Out of Context- This rule states that if you want to talk as your self in real life talk in the form of Out Of Context or OOC: for example, OOC: I got to go you guys it's almost time for bed.

Section C-Posting Styles

1. Illiterate posting- Illiterate posting styles are not allowed on this site, simply put that style is confusing and is nothing but run on sentences and one liners.

2. Narrative posting- Narrative posting styles will be allowed on this site, so long as you state who your talking as and your actions. Example
[Speaking-Usuke]
"So what is the point of fighting you then?"
[Action-Usuke]
Usuke sighs looking at the man who is laughing towards his own arrogance.

3. Story Book posting- Story Book posting styles will be allowed on this site, story book style or literate posting style is the same as reading a chapter book, when you talk as the character you cut off onto another paragraph and when you make actions you type it in paragraph format. Example
Usuke runs his hands across the shaft of the sword's casing. He soon lifts up his head, within that moment all was silent. No one knew what happened till that man's blood was shed on that boys hands. "You honestly thought you could beat me?"
Usuke sighs as the sound of a click is heard as if to show that the sword that he pulled out with speed was put back into it's natural position, its casing. "What a pity, to waste such time on the likes of you..."

Section D-Description Makes Perfect

1. Changing it to illiterate role play to literate role play- Okay knowing many beginners they will start off a post like this "*He soon picked up the sword and struck down at the ninja* Had enough?" this is what advanced players call this illiterate rp. Instead of doing this you should type like this " He soon picked up the sword and struck down at the ninja "have you had enough yet?" " this is called a literate rp. If you still have no clue what i mean then maybe this will help you. Have you ever red a book? do they describe their actions in * and speak with no " " well then there you go type the way you see books set up.

2. Making it descriptive- Okay now that you know how to make a literate rp we can finally make it descriptive. It is pretty easy if you ever written essays or stories. I will explain with the rp we used in rule one section d. " He soon picked up the sword and struck down at the ninja "have you had enough yet" " Now lets make it descriptive. How bout we describe the sword with words like the size, color, and looks. You take this and you should get " The sword which happened to be the regular size of an average katana, the color of the hilt was grazed in crimson red and the blade in onyx. The sword's blade was shaped like a straight blade or katana. " now that we have this you can now change the the rp to look like this " He soon picked up the sword in which happened to be a regular size of an average katana, the color of the hilt was crimson red and the blade in onyx. The sword's blade was shaped like a straight blade or katana. He suddenly struck down at the ninja "Have you had enough yet?"


Banning:



Members who fail to comply according to all of the rules of the site will receive a warning. After 4 consecutive warnings or if you are purposely breaking the rules, then your account will be banned. See below for specifics.

1 Warnings:
Basic, self-explanatory warning.

2 Warnings:
If you are a Moderator or an Administrator, you will receive a demotion to the previous ranking. If you are already a normal member, then you will lose the privilege to role play in any area for 24 hours.

3 Warnings:
If you are a Moderator or an Administrator, you will receive a demotion to the previous ranking. If you are already a normal member, then you will lose the privilege to role play in any area for 7 days.

4 Warnings:
Your account will be banned. (See below for specifics on ban durations)

Edit: There are two ways to get banned. Either you receive 4 "formal" warnings, or your "Warning Level" meter gets filled all the way up (10 tiers total before the bar is complete).

Ban Durations:

Level 1 Ban: Receiving 4 consecutive warnings will get your account banned for 72 hours.

Level 2 Ban: Receiving a warning after that (proves you haven't learned anything still) will get your account banned for 7 days.

Level 3 Ban: Receiving a warning EVEN after that will get your account banned for 14 days.

Level 4 Ban: Receiving a warning afterwords will get your account banned for 30 days.

Level 5 Ban: Receiving a warning following the previous result will get your account banned for 90 days.

Level 6 Ban: Receiving a warning following the previous result will get your account banned for 1 year.

Level 7 Ban (Deletion): Receiving a warning following the previous result will get your account permanently deleted.

Permanent-Ban: You will get banned in every way possible. Your E-Mail and IP Addresses will be added on to the Black List, your account will be deleted, etc.

Just follow all of the rules, don't troll, and you should be fine. Rarely do we give out warnings anyway.


Warning Reduction:



If through some events that i really don't' want to explain right now, you get a warning there is a reduction...

IF you have one, a Admin, other than you (if you are one) can take it away, but don't troll us asking for it. if you get it you get it. count yourself lucky. if you do ask us over and over, you will only increases your warning level.

OR you could behave yourself for 2 WEEKS (14 days) the warning will go down by 1.

If the above has happened (2 weeks pass) don't keep asking us to take it away. you may tell a Admin that it has been 2 weeks, AND THAT'S IT. No more. if you do you will only increases your Warning Level.
